Auger Flighting
We can form our Auger Flighting to a precise diameter and pitch and stitch or continuously weld to most pipe and shaft sizes.
We can manufacture a wide range of flight segments ranging from 20mm through to 2.0 meters in diameter with a variety of pitches, and thicknesses from 2mm to 25mm thick. Left or right-hand screw flighting and auger flighting is available in various pitches to suit your specifications.
Standard or Double Flight Ribbon Conveyors
We can form a continuous, one-piece helix formed by special equipment into various diameter and pitches.
Finishes Available: mild steel, bisalloy, stainless 304 and 316 Food Grade.

Single Flight Standard Pitch
Conveyor screws with pitch spacing equal to the diameter are considered standard and suitable for most horizontal design conveyors. |

Tapering flight screws are generally recommended to draw friable lumpy materials from bins or hoppers. |

Double flight produce a smooth gentle flow of certain materials are recommended for augers or post hole digging and similar applications. |
